Export to devices

Hi,

I don't know if this kind of message is allowed here, but it was the only
way to exchange experiences between RB users that I've found.
I am using Pragnaan export devices and so far it has been really usefull
to me, the components are awesome and work just fine. But now I ran into an
issue and needed support from pragnaan, wich simply seems not to exist.
The issue is a RTF rendering problem that do not renders with InfoPower
components.
I sent mails to Pragnaan and didn't get any answere and now I am
considering using other tool. Anyone here had this problem with RTFs or
knows any exporting devices tool that gives users support?

Hi Ricardo,

I am sorry you had a bad experience. Have you tried emailing Pragnaan
support multiple times? Perhaps your email is getting stopped by a spam
filter and accidentially erased.

There are a couple other third party export device options available
including ExtraDevices (http://www.waler.com) and eDocEngine
(http://www.gnostice.com).

Perhaps some of our customers will chime in and give you their experiences
with these products.
