Detail Band

I have a report where the user chooses specific records to print in the
detail band of the report. The program loops through these choices adding
each choice as a book mark. It all works great BUT lets say the user
chooses 3 records to print. I need 14 blank lines to show on the form with
a line number. Is there a way to do this?

One approach is use a PageStyle band to draw the form elements. A PageStyle
prints as a background layer on the report. Select Report | PageStyle from
the report designer menu.
