I'm going to need a little more information about your application. Is this a custom preview? What type of operations are you doing inside the RB events? Are you using RAP? Are you able to recreate this behavior with a simple example (i.e. empty report on a form and calling ppReport1.Print)? Try commenting out all your event code correlating with the report and see if you still receive the error. If not, periodically begin adding the code back to isolate the problem.
