Shape over thne whole page

hello,

i need an report with one colored line on the left site. this line should be
printed
over the whole report/page. i added you an picture...the colored line there
should
go over the whole report but it doesn?t work.

has anyone of you an idea?

    Hi Jan,

    For future reference, please send all attachments to
    support@digital-metaphors.com.

    Try using the PageStyle band to display this line. The PageStyle will print
    behind the report but can be sized to the page height to easily show a page
    border if you want. This band can be accessed from the Report menu in the
    designer.
