Module view RAP not functioning?

Hi,

Using D7 RB10.03 with some patches. When I switch to Module View in RAP, I
can't add new procedures or functions. It also looks like more functions are
broken (adding variables and constants). In previous RB10 versions this was
working.

Seems that its related to the patch raIDE_D7.zip. Compiling with the
original libs there's no problem creating global functions.
