Batch printing of multiple reports

I have application that allows the user to select and print individual invoices.

The problem is that the printer (a networked Xerox) requires that a userID be
entered every time a print job is sent. So, each individual invoice must be
acknowledged with the userID. Is there any way of "batching" each individual
report and sending the reports to the printer as one job?

Alternatively is it possible to print all the reports to one file, then send
that file to the printer?

One option may be to print the reports to archive files, then use the
archive merge utility to merge them all and send a single file to the
