Where's my order?

Hello,

I ordered RBuilder at about 5am this morning (Central Time Zone). It's now
5:36pm. How long does it take to get my product. I ordered the email
version. I am anxious to get started. Not to mention that $249 has already
been charged to my credit card. :-)

Thanks for your patience. One of the engineers here, Nico, had a wedding
this past weekend and some of us had to travel almost 1,000 miles to
attend.

Thanks for explanation. I understand now. I was thinking that it worked
like others where, once you pay, you get an email with a link to download
the file. Perhaps an explanation on the order page would help folks like
me. :-)

It actually does this explain this on the order page...

"Welcome to our secure online order page. Please fill out all of the
information below. Your order will be processed offline and you will receive
an e-mail containing the product download information or a CD (depending
upon your shipping preference). "
