Highlight value on Y-axis

Delphi 7 Enterprise, RB v 7.04. I am using just the built in graph
components.

I got a graph would like to do the followings:

1) Highlight(bold, red color) the value on Y-axis, eg. at $10
2) Create a dotted line at the $10 across the graph horizontally

As a first incremental step, determine how this can be done using a TeeChart
placed on a form (i.e. no ReportBuilder). Use the TeeChart documentation and
contact TeeChart tech support with any questions.

As a second step, adapt the solution from step 1 to RB. ReportBuilder
provides a wrapper component for TeeChart - this enables TeeChart to be used
inside the RB environment. The TppTeeChart.Chart property provides access to
the TeeChart component.
