Help - Install Password doesn't work.

Hello,

I purchased RB704 for D5 last Sunday morning. When installing it, the
password does not work. I have tried all combinations I can think of for
replacing 1's and l's and still no luck.

Can someone help please. I have tried emailing support last week and I
tried calling the support line today, no answer.

Is it normally difficult to to get in contact with someone? Last week their
office was closed because of a wedding.
