Custom colors are not saved

Hi,

When I use the color palet to define a custom color, I would like to save
the color by selecting 'add to custom colors'. The color is then added but
it is gone if I start the color palet again.
I am not sure how it's implemented but it would be great if these custom
colors are shared by the different designer tools.

Using D7, RB10.03

For the next mainteance release (RB 10.04)...

- custom colors will be shared by the color button palettes (i.e. global set
of custom colors)
- custom colors will be saved/loaded to preferences (RBuider.ini) (i.e.
persistent set of custom colors)
