report print error when character "@" + LINE in report

Hi.
I use R9.03 with delphi 7. I create report by TextPipeLine. If first
character is "@" and I use LINE to create frame. The line wasn't print if
this line has first character is "@. I test by change @" to another
character report was print correctly. Please look attach file for understand
this problem.
Question.
1.Is this bug of report builder?
2.How to fix this problem?

    Hi Prayut,

    For future reference, please send all attachments to
    support@digital-metaphors.com.

    Is the line a separate component? If so, try adjusting the z-order in which
    the line is printed. For instance, right click over the line component and
    select "Bring To Front". This will allow the line to print over the top of
    the text object if it is being covered. Moving the DBText component to the
    right a bit may also solve the issue.
