What is the best way to apply a watermark image on a RB report using D7 and
RB 7.04. I would like to use the word "Classified".

Hi Craig,
Try using the PageStyle band. Anything placed inside this band will print
behind the main report output on each page. You can enable the PageStyle by
selecting it in the Report menu of the designer.
