Data is disappearing

edited September 2006 in General
Hi,

I'm with a critical and urgent problem: in a report, some records of dataset
is disappearing on page change; in general are one or two records. In the
report there are two groups: one group with BreakType set to btCustomField
and one group with BreakType set to btDataField; in detail band there is a
region with KeepTogether set to true. All the totalizations are correct, but
the records are missing.
What can I do to solve problem?

Thanks,

    Hi Weverton,

    1. Which version of ReportBuilder/Delphi are you using. What database are
you connection to and which connectivity are you currently using?

    2. Does this only occur when changing the page forward or backward or both?
You mention that there are only one or two records. Are both records not
appearing? Is there a case where only one record appears. Try connecting
your datasets to a Delph DBGrid to be sure you are giving the report the
data it needs. Also be sure your data is not null.

    3. Are you able to recreate this issue with a simple example perhaps using
one of our demos that I can run on my machine? If so, please provide the
exact steps I should take or send the example to
support@digital-metaphors.com in .zip format and I'll take a look at it for
    you.
