ppDBText vertical clipping/autosize
Hi,
We have recently upgraded from ReportBuilder 7 to 10.02. We have
noticed that in the designer, when we add a ppDBText field to the
report, then the bottom of the hanging letters are cut off. If we set
the field to autosize, then the letters are not cut off, but the field
can sometimes run into the field next to it. We have also noticed this
in existing reports that were converted from 7. We have noticed this on
the preview and on some printers.
Is there anything we can change in the source or in one of the events to
get it to autosize vertically only or to increase the height a little
without changing the width? We tried setting Autosize to true, but that
causes the fields to run together.
Thanks,
William Alonso

This is not a known issue with RB 10.x. My first recommendation would be to
update your version to RB 10.04. This is a free upgrade to registered users
of RB 10.x. Contact info@digital-metaphors.com for updating instructions.j
If the problem still occurs, please try to create a simple example that
demonstrates the behavior you are describing and send it in .zip format to
support@digital-metaphors.com and I'll take a look at it for you.
