Inlcuding ZEROs on Counts
Hi,
In the calc field of the table, I want to count the occurances of each
value in field "NO".
However, I want to show values where the count is ZERO.
So if I use the count function, is there an expression I can enter to the
right to say, show COUNT for all values?
In other words I want my table to show this:
NO Count(*)
a 4
b 0
c 2
d 1
e 0
f 5
Can you help?
Thanks
Redmond

I'm unclear about how something could have a count of zero if it exists in
the table. Are you counting something different than just the number of
occurances of each "NO"? For instance, just that fact that I can see the
value "b" in the NO column, means that there is at least one count of that
value.
Perhaps I'm confused about what you are actually counting.
