Changing Preview Toolbar Color

I've create a custom preview plugin, and I am able to change the dock color,
and the toolbar fullsize setting, etc. but I am unable to change the color
for the toolbar. Setting the color property had now effect. What am I
doing something wrong?

    I forgot to mention that I am using RB Pro 10.4 with Delphi 7 Pro.

    Hi Burton,

    The TBX toolbars we now use are defined by the current theme that is being
    used. We include five themes with ReportBuilder however it is possible to
    create your own to meet your color and effect needs. If for instance you
    select the "aluminum" theme from the view | themes option in the designer
    menu, you will see that the toolbar has changed colors. Take a look at the
    theme files for examples of creating your own.
