Move regions from a Titleband to a detailband

Absolute beginner:

I put many objects in the tileband, but i have to put them in the
detailband. Now i don't want to recreate all these regions.

I find no way to move all regions to the detailband.

Is there a way?

    I found my solution:
    I took a new ppReport and with copy and paste comes in the right band.
