TppBackgroundReportGenerator.ProcessRequest Error
From a customer running one of our beta apps: He said that he printed
a report of about 2000 records, previewed it and printed to PDF output.
He got the following error:
"TppBackgroundReportGenerator.ProcessRequest: Cannot Generate Report
List index out of bounds"
But the PDF output looks fine. Any idea on what I need to look for to
solve this?

I did a quick test exporting a report to PDF with Background Printing
enabled and active but was unable to recreate the exception you are seeing.
Are you able to recreate the error on your own machine? If so, let me know
the exact steps I need to take to recreate it or perhaps send a small
example to support@digital-metaphors.com in .zip format and I'll try it
here.

Hi Nico. No i was not able to reproduce it here. A customer with our
beta app reported it. I have asked them to see if they can reproduce it.

Hi Nico, I still cannot reproduce this here but our client gets it
often. It is a WAN application over a very slow broadband connection. I
don't get it even when connecting to their server, although our
Internet connection is much faster.

If your users uncheck the background printing option from the print dialog
or if you disable it, do they still get the behavior? We have never seen an
issue like this one pertaining to background printing before.
