Hello,
When I start my app, I get an error that says rbRCL107.bpl was not found.
Can anyone give advice please?

I forgot to mention that I am using Delphi 7 Ent and RB10.5 Was working
fine with RB7.

Sorry, I should have been clear. I have installed my app on a different
computer. It does not know anything about Delphi or RBuilder.

Ok, then you must have build your app with packages. Locate that .bpl
file on your devlopement machine and copy it to your Win/System32
directory (or application directory) on the machine where your app is
deployed. If you recompile your app without packages then this step
won't be necessary.
