Cannot Get Report To Load

I recently upgraded to version 10 of report builder. I cannot get the
attached report (rtm) to load. What is wrong with the report? I get an
error message saying that "Not enough storage is available to process this
command." The report will not load in the Delphi design mode or at runtime.

I'm running Delphi 6 and Windows XP. I have 1 GB of RAM.

    Hi Al,

    For future reference please send all attachments to
    support@digital-metaphors.com.

    Which version of ReportBuilder did you upgrade from? Does this behavior
    only occur for one report. If so, you may have a corrupt template file.
    Try recreating the report with problems from scratch in RB 10 and see if the
    problem still exists.
