second report is the same as first report

The report prints fine the first time. But if I want to print the same
report with different parameters(meaning new data) I still get the first
report. The data is the same.
I've checked with a profiler if the stored procedure is fired with different
parameters which it is but still I get the data of the first report. the
report can only be changed with components being visible or not but the data
stays the same.
what could be my problem?

    I've closed the tppdbpipeline after the previewform is closed. this way i
    see new data whenever i want a second report.
