problems with loading rtf into ppRichText at run time

edited February 2007 in General
I used to load different RTF files into a ppRichText box on my report based
on current record's content. I was doing that in detail band's BeforePrint
section and it was working fine for years. After updating RB to 10.05 it's
not doing that anymore. After calling LoadFromFile in BeforePrint event
handler I can see the RichText property of ppRichText control is showing the
new content loaded from the file but on the report it still shows the
default RichText value of the ppRichText control.
Any idea why this is not working anymore?
Thanks,

Gary

This issue is being researched, seems to be isolated to using
RichText.MailMerge and manually loading the rtf while the report is
generating. I will post a follow up here, I think we are close to having a
    fix.

There is now a patch available for RB 10.05 that corrects this issue.

    patch.
