problem with RTM files with different paper sizes

edited March 2007 in General
Hi!

I'm using "RBuilder Pro 10.05" + "Delphi 7".
I have some predefined RTM report files. Some of them are designed in A4
size, other ones are designed in custom paper size, etc...

Our application loads those RTM files and prints them.
A4-size reports are printed correctly, but custom-paper-size reports are
printed as A4 size.

For example, with a half-page size report:
I load the report and, in the ppViewer, the report is shown correctly
(half-page).
If I export/save it to PDF (using Waler components), it is saved correctly
(half-page).
If I print to "Screen", it is shown correctly (half-page).
BUT if I print to "Printer", the FooterBand is printed at the end of the
paper (as A4 paper size).

What can I do to fix it?

Thanks!

    Hi Santy,

In my testing with my HP LaserJet and Microsoft Office Document Image
Writer, I was able to successfully print a custom sized report and the
output was as expected with the footer band information in the proper place.

Are you able to print any custom sized reports (or documents) to your
printer? Have you tried this on a different printer?
