1. If you are stretching images in ReportBuilder, be sure you have the PDFSettings.ScaleImages property set to False.
2. What kind of text are you printing? Note that RichText currently exports as a bitmap to PDF which will in some cases produce a grainy picture. There are no other known issues with text loosing formatting. Please provide more information about what is happening and how we can recreate it here.
Also note that Adobe Reader will stretch a page when printing to make use of the entire paper area. This is a setting inside the print dialog of the reader.
