Be sure you have TeeChart installed on your machine. The install program looks for the TeeChart designtime packages located in your WinSys directory and if they are not present assumes you do not have TeeChart installed.
Thanks for pointing this out. Our testing machines usually have multiple versions of Delphi on them so this issue was overlooked. I'll fix the install script for the next version of ReportBuilder. As a workaround, try creating a "dummy" file named Tee710.bpl and place it inside the WinSys directory and reinstall ReportBuilder. This will install the proper files to include TeeChart however the RBTeePackageInstaller will fail for TeeChart Pro 7.11 due to the fact that it was released after we released RB 10.06. You will then need to navigate to the \RBuilder\TeeChart\TeePro700\... directory and change the requires clause of each package to include Tee*711 rather than Tee*710. Then run the RBTeePackageBuilder application and TeeChart support will be successfully installed. This is also descirbed in the post that Steffen left.
