ReportBuilder 10.4 on Delphi 2007

I just went over to Windows Vista (ultimate edition) and Delphi 2007. I
cannot seem to get my Reportbuilder 10.4 to install on Delphi 2007. Do I
need another version of ReportBuilder?

I guess you need RB 10.06 for Delphi 2007

I actually thought that, but I cannot find how to get version 10.6. for
Delphi 7. I have written to digital metaphors through email but have not yet
received any answer from them.
