Change Storage Path

Hello,
I know how I can change the storage path for RBuilder.ini for the
Enduser. But how can I change it at Delphi designtime if I am using the
Report designer in the Delphi IDE. In this case I have no component
tppDesigner.
How can I say for example that it should save not in a ini but in the
registry.

I ask this because in Windows Vista there is a problem to post
RBuilder.ini if I not start Delphi 2007 as administrator.

Currently it is necessary to run Delphi 2007 in Administrator mode when
using ReportBuilder with Vista. We will address this issue when we release
an official Vista compliant version of ReportBuilder.
