unable to write to Rbuilder.ini

Hi,

I did install RB10.6 to drive D: ( same place as Delphi2007 ) on a Vista
machine.

When I try to quit the designer-form I get the message "unable to write to
RBuilder.INI"

there is NO Rbuilder.ini in c:\windows. When I add one ( empty file named
Rbuilder.ini ). The designer still will not write to that ini-file

I have administrator privilages. Othes programs are prefectly able to store
information in INI files on c:\windows.

So what's wrong ?

    I found the temporary solution in this newsgroup ( I only had 300
    newsheaders downloaded, so at first I was not able to find the solution ).

    So, for now, I'm up and running
