Error printing totals

edited November 2007 in General
Hi,

I'm RB 7 user.

I have a problem in same reports.

The report has a total of 2 columns.

The first time I print the report, the columns were print ok,
but at second time RB put the total of one column in the next page, even
though, the report end in the middle of the page.

Resuming: The same report is showed with differente number of page and in
the last page appear the total of one column.

Did you get?

Thanks in advance,
Ailton

    Ailton,

Which exact version of ReportBuilder and Delphi are you using? Where and in
what component are you displaying the total? As a test, try commenting out
all event code in your report and see if that solves the problem. If so,
periodically begin adding the event code back to isolate the issue.

    Hi Ailton,

My first suggestion would be to update you version of ReportBuilder to the
latest available for Delphi 5 (ReportBuilder 7.04). For upgrade
instructions, please send your serial number and purchasing email address to
    info@digital-metaphors.com.

    Hi Nico,

I'm using Delphi 5 Enterprise and Report Builder Enterprise Edition Ver 7.0

There is no event in the code.
The component I'm using is TppDBCalc.

I know that is difficult to believe, but is true.
The code is plain, with no events.
If you run the report twice, RB returns different number of page.

What is different? Only the total is in the last page.

That happens in a few number of reports, and I don't know how to manage
    that.

Could I send you, a pdf file with the 2 last pages of the report?

    Thanks,
    Ailton
