Please can we have a bring forward / send backward option.

Hi,

I've been using RB for a few years now, and have found it fantastic, but one
feature the designer lacks which causes me all sorts of problems is the
option to send a component backwards or bring a component forwards (1 step
at a time).

The only function similar to this is the 'send to back / bring to front'
option, but this takes it too far for most editing purposes.

Please can you consider adding a bring forward / send backwards (in
increments of 1) to the next release?
