Can't Load package dclRBC10105.bpl

Hello,

I am getting this error message when I start Delphi2007 after installing RB
Pro 11

Can't load package C:\Program Files\CodeGear\RAD
Studio\5.0\RBuilder\Lib\dclRBC10105.bpl,
The specified module could not be found.
Do you want to attempt to load this package the next time a project is
loaded?

    1. Make sure you are using RB 10.07, it contains the latest RB TeeChart
    Package builder

    2. Read RBuilder\TeeChart\ReadMe.doc and follow the directions
