Well, so far my first question was answered.

So here is a second, which is releated to my first

I have a series of Tickets that have a history. I need to calculate the
time it takes from when the ticket is created to when a certain action is
done in the history.

But to add to that, i then need a total of how many of the tickets, exceeded
a certain amount of time, Say 1 hour.
