Version 10 install problem on Delphi Studio 2006
After a successful install on Standard Version 10 (paid for - non trial) I
get the following message on launching D2006:
File or assembly name Borland.Data.Advantage, or one of its dependencies,
was not found:
C:\Program Files\Borland\BDS\4.0\Bin\BdpConnections.xml
This xml file does exist but has a date 2005.12.23
I assume the start-up process of Delphi 2006 cannot find the four .dll's
within the xml text.
I can't through explorer, either.
Incidentally, I upgraded from Pro 7 to Stnd 10. Just a thought.
Thanks

Are you using the Advantage Dade plugin with ReportBuilder? If so, you will
need to remove any old packages and references to this plugin, then rebuild
and install the package with the current installation of ReportBuilder.
