Odd Viewer Behavior

A client of mine has a repeatable issue with the preview screen on one
computer, regardless of the report run.

The preview window shows the initial page correctly but it's blank when
you scroll right to view additional columns off screen.

I suspect the machine does not meet the minimum specs but I can't find
what the current RB specs are.


RB Server 10.6 Delphi 6 SP2 Oracle 9

Workstation -
W2K SP4, Pentium 4 /1.4GB 128MB RAM

Hi Jon,

Sorry for the delay.

This is not a known issue. Is this the only machine that this occurs on?
Does this happen with every report (even a minimal report)?

It's the only machine. It happens with any report (including 1/2 page
minimal reports) that goes beyond the initial display to the right where
additional columns would normally be.

No errors are displayed, it's just blank.

Hi Jon,

This sounds like it could be a video driver issue. Try updating the video
driver you are currently using on the machine in question and see if that
helps the problem.
