  We've found the AV is reported when using Mad Except and 'crash on buffer overrun' is turned on. I can send you a simple app build with Mad except if that would help.

  I've done some more investigation. We're only experiencing this within our application. When I add a data field to a variable and compile it, we get the Access violation. It compiles ok if we use a function or add a report object…
