Export to Excel without including page breaks

When exporting a report to an Excel file, how can I ignore page breaks? Currently, if I have fields that aren’t properly aligned in a detail view—and on the screen I see part of a detail row on one page and the rest on another—this creates two rows in my Excel spreadsheet. I would like the export to an Excel file to ignore these page breaks.

    Hi Marius,

    Check out the RBuilder Help topics for TppXlsxReportDevice and TppXlsxDataDevice.

    XlsxReport exports pages, mapping element page positions to the spreadsheet row/column format.

    XlsxData exports the data to a simple column format. Pages and element page position are ignored.

    1. For XlsxReport export, you will need to modify the layout. Either align the Detail elements or add a Group with KeepTogether true so the detail elements print on the same page.

    2. For XlsxData export you can use the File | Print To File Setup dialog to specify which elements to export.
