RB, eDocEngine & Rich View

D7, RB10.07, eDocEngine & RichView
Thought someone might have some experience with this. Recently purchased
eDocEngine to output RB reports to various formats including pdf. I also
use TRichView to write / save notes in my application. Took the steps to
enable RichView in eDocEngine but when output to pef, the notes just show up
as little dots. It is like it is printing just a the top edge of
characters. It is not rich text formatting characters just repeated
identical marks the same length and number of lines as the actual notes.

Anyone seen this or anyone been successful doing what I described above?

Hi Bob,

We are currently working closely with the RichView staff to ensure that the
built-in PDF device exports correctly. We have made numerous fixes to the
built-in device recently directly relating to TRichView and they will be
included in the next maintenance release of ReportBuilder (11.07). You
might consider waiting until RB 11.07 is released and then download a trial
to test the built-in PDF output.
