Is there a way to know when the preview form has been closed?

    Hi Nico.

    I have been trying to reach someone at sales@digital-metaphors.com
    regarding an upgrade to version 11 of RB I have purchased using PayPal.
    The payment for the upgrade was sent on Jan 21, 2010 - I have never
    received any confirmation from you.
    Have sent email and also posted a message using you contact form on your
    web site, but have not received any reply.
