RB 11.08 trial, BDS 2006, AlwynNew-Regular (OpenType)

I can't seem to get embedded fonts to work when exporting to a PDF.

I have set TppReport.PDFSettings.EmbedFontOptions.efAllFonts := true

I have also tried setting TppReport.PDFSettings.EmbedFontOptions.efFontList
:= true, but I am not sure whether I should put AlwynNew-Rg.otf, or
AlwynNew-Regular, or something else in EmbedFontList.

Hi George,

Thanks for you interest in ReportBuilder!

Setting the EmbedFontOptions property to efAllFonts should automatically
embed all TrueType/OpenType fonts into the PDF file. Have you tried
embedding any other fonts besides AlwynNew? In my quick testing with RB
11.08 and Delphi 2006, I was able to successfully embed the Verdana font
into a PDF file. I verified this by looking at the properties dialog inside
Adobe Reader.

If this is a font specific issue, please send me a copy of the AlwynNew font
and I'll try to track down the issue. Send all files in .zip format to
support@digital-metaphors.com.
