DBText not fully printed on Windows 7

On Windows 7 sometimes the last character is not fully printed. It's cutted.
I'm using Arial-Font, Autosize=true.

Any help?

    We have had the same bug on Windows 7 with right aligned text.
    Is your text also right aligned ?

    If yes, you must upgrade to RB 12.01.
    For this version there is a patch available which you can get from the
    support.
