DBText not fully printed on Windows 7

Delphi 7, Delphi 2009, RB 11.08 Enterprise

Dear RB-Team,

On Windows 7 sometimes the last character is not fully printed. It's cutted.
I'm using Arial-Font, Autosize=true, Text is left aligned.

I read there is a patch available.
Can you send me the patch (source units) please?
