This is not a known issue with ReportBuilder. Which version are you using? Does the report print directly to the printer after she previews or does the print dialog display first? By design, if a call is made to Report.Print, only one device can be used.
Check your event code to be sure there is not a place where the device is changed and Print called again. Also be sure if you are calling PrintToDevices that there is not more than one device connected to the same report.
