Strange Printer error
Hi
This issue occurs on a customers new printer which has just been
installed (I do not know the type at present only that it is 'new').
Printing from rb works fine, but when we print a .raf file from a viewer
we get the following strange error...
'Windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup.
The data area passed to a system call is too small'
Has anyone any idea on how to resolve this or at least a clue as to what
the error is about.
The machine operating system is windos 7
Thanks in advance.

What printer are they printing to. During a quick Google search, this error
can be caused by a number of items, but one of the more reoccurring I found
was printer driver errors. Perhaps I can try downloading the driver and try
to recreate the issue on my machine.
