Button Hints in wrong place

D7, RB 12.03

Just upgraded to latest release of RB 12.03. In the Designer, it doesn't
matter which designer button you point to with the mouse, the Hint pops up
in the same place. The hint is correct but the location is wrong.

You can ignore this post. After exiting the application and restarting the
problem went away. I had been messing with Themes and that may have caused
it. If it happens again and I can duplicate I will let you know.
