This is interesting behavior that we have not seen before. If possible, please send a simple example that demonstrates this issue in .zip format along with any special fonts you are using.
As a side note, you might consider upgrading to a Unicode enabled version of Delphi. This would prevent the need to use the outdated technology of Windows font charsets to display Chinese characters and special fonts.
