Get MagicSQL from TdaSQLBuilder
Hi,
Is it possible to get the generated magic sql for a dataview in RAP?
I created a few RAP functions to execute sql queries. This way I can
generate filenames based on data from the report. If the data has to come
from the main dataview it's no problem but for linked detail dataviews I
would like to get the 'magic sql' that is shown when, at design time, a user
ctrl-clicks the dataview.
Can I get this using RAP?
Using RB11.08

The Magic SQL object is not natively exposed to RAP. You would need to
create a passthru function or register an RTTI class for the TdaSQL object
perhaps.
We will consider exposing this for a later release of ReportBuilder.
