Sorry for the delay in the response. For future reference, it is sometimes easier to keep one issue to one thread. This way we do not have to research multiple items before responding and it helps keep each issue organized.
1. I'm unclear about the issue you are having with parameters. As far as we know they are working as designed. Take a look at some of the parameter articles and examples at the following location as well as the RBuilder help on TppParameter.
2. We are able to recreate this issue and are currently working on a solution. I will post here when one is available. A quick workaround is to manually re-assign the HyperLink property to be sure it will stick when the template is saved. The issue is solely when the HyperLink property is updated automatically.
3. I will look into this. I assume the behavior was different in RB 10? We made some big changes to the Query Designer since RB 10 and there could still be an issue or two to work out.
4. This does not seem like an issue. Generally for a Having clause entry, you will want to use a calculated field which makes it convenient that they are sorted to the top. This generally would not be the case for an ordinary search condition (where clause).
I followed the exact steps you described below and a combo box is displayed in the autosearch dialog when opened. Below are the steps I took.
1. Open the designer and create a new parameter using the Report Tree. 2. Enable the AutoSearchSettings by setting the AutoSearchSettings.Enabled propertyt to True. 3. Preview the empty report, click the AutoSearch button and see that ppParameter1 is present with a single editbox. 4. Return to the designer, select the parameter, open the LookUpList property and add the values: One, Two, Three, Four to the list. 5. Preview the report again, click the AutoSearch button and a combobox is now present with my values inside.
