Printinf static information on back of each page

I am building a delivery manifest and on the back of each detailed page
printed I want to be able to print static legal information to be used with
a duplex printer
Example:
Page1: Consignment details ... back of page 1 print static legal text
Page2: Consignment details ... back of page 2 print static legal text
Page3: Consignment details ... back of page 3 print static legal text

and so on....

Is this possible?
