Choose Fields option in Query Wizard Empty

edited April 2011 in General
I am using this demo:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\RBuilder\Delphi 7\Demos\4.
EndUser Databases\InterBase\2. dbExpress

I have everything connected.
I have a full data dictionary except joins ( fields, tables, no joins )
I am using RB 12.04 with Delphi 7 and dbExpress connection to Firebird.
I am getting no columns in my Query Wizard.
Then the query wizard fails.

Any hint/help?

Kind Regards,

Robert.

    Hi Robert,

Please update your newsgroup posting name to reflect your real name.

Be sure you have properly set up the Data Settings in DADE to connect to
your database. These options can be set in the Designer or in the data
tab using the File | Data Settings... dialog.

    Found the issue.

In my datadictionary all be RB_FIELD boolean fields I had using a 'Y' and
'N' to signify the boolean value.
However Report Builder only recognises 'T' and 'F'.

Everytime we use boolean in our database we use 'Y' and 'N'.

Is it possible that this could be an option in ReportBuilder?

    Kind Regards,

    Robert.

    Hi Robert,

Thanks for the info and feedback. We will consider making the
recognized Boolean values more flexible in ReportBuilder for a later
    release.
