Exporting in PDF via ReportBuilder using a Memo or a DBMemo create PDF
with wrong content.

There is a patch available that solves this issue. Send an email to
support@digital-metaphors.com to receive the patch.

Note that this issue was fixed for RB 11.08 and does not exist in RB 12.
